There are certain types of activities that we don't want to have happen on any Bud site. Thus, here are the start of our Terms of Use. You accept the terms of use when you use and/or visit a Bud site (including, but not limited to, those shown on aboutbud.com). They may be altered at any time and without prior notice:

• DO NOT post your home addresses, any phone numbers, your social security number, etc. on any Bud site. It is not impossible for someone to lie, cheat, steal or just happen to come across information by chance that you post on Bud sites.
   
  Note: This is not describing the purchase process which is done over a secure connection. It is describing e-mails, blogs, names of files/images you upload, and other types of activites you expect others to see over a non-secure connection.
   
• We reserve the right to remove, reassign, deny or otherwise prevent any persons access in any way we see fit.
   
• No porn, no nudity, nothing offensive. We decide what is offensive. If you post this type of material, we will take whatever action we see fit. This may include contacting legal authorities, working with authorities however they would like, revocation of your access to our sites or aything else we see fit. If your Grandma wouldn't like to see it, don't upload it.
   
• We retain all rights to all property as it relates to one of our Bud sites or products.
